Process flow analysis of PTFE plate gasket

PTFE gaskets or Teflon gaskets of PTFE plates are flat gaskets, V-shaped gaskets, piston rings and ball valve gaskets made of PTFE rods, pipes and plates by mechanical turning or cutting, which have outstanding characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance and non-conductivity.

3) Weighing, according to the formula G = PV (where G is the feeding quantity, P is the density of the pre-finished product (2.18g/cm3), V is the volume of the finished product), weighing the component;

4) Polytetrafluoroethylene gasket feeding for PTFE board: the F4 resin is evenly distributed on all the restricted surfaces;

5) Preforming: Calculate the gauge pressure of the press according to the formula, and set the gauge pressure of the press. Restriction;

6) Polytetrafluoroethylene board sintering: the semi-finished products are slowly put into the sintering furnace, put into the appropriate quantity, warming up about 390 degrees for one hour, then holding for another hour, about the beginning of cooling after shaping, about four hours later, arriving indoors;

7) Polytetrafluoroethylene board demoulding trimming: take the semi-finished product out of the die, trim its appearance, make its appearance flat, the margin regular, ready for forming.
